Having trouble accessing the Customer Portal? Here’s how to fix it.

After every purchase, you receive an email with a magic link to manage your subscriptions, payment methods, and orders. If that link isn’t working or you can’t log in, follow these steps.

1. Make sure you’re using the right email

Enter the exact email address you used when you made your purchase. If you’re unsure which email that was, check your inbox for the original purchase receipt from CREEM.IO* STORE.

2. Check your spam or junk folder

Magic link emails can sometimes be filtered. Search your inbox for emails from no-reply@creem.io — it may have landed in spam. Magic links expire after a short period. Visit My Orders → and enter your email to request a fresh link. It should arrive within a couple of minutes.

4. Still can’t get in?

If none of the above works, here are your options:
  • Contact the merchant — the seller you purchased from can locate your subscription and help with cancellations or refunds. Check your original receipt email for their contact details.
  • Contact Creem support — reply to any receipt email you’ve received from us, or reach out directly. Contact us →
