How do I cancel subscriptions that I’m being charged for?
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but you will also lose access to the service or software that you are paying for. You can manage subscriptions and cancel them via my orders →
Refunds are handled by the original merchant that you purchased your item from.
If there was a problem with the item that you paid for, please be respectful and attempt to contact the original seller using your email receipt.
