You have a charge from “CREEM.IO* STORE”

This charge is from a digital product or subscription you purchased. Creem is the payment processor and Merchant of Record that handled the transaction on the seller’s behalf. This is normal and expected.

Identify the product you purchased

If you don’t immediately recognize the charge, here’s how to find it:
1

Check your email

Search your inbox for your purchase confirmation or receipt from Creem. It should include the product name, merchant name, and amount.
2

Look up your order

Go to creem.io/my-orders/login and enter the email address you used when purchasing.
3

Match the charge amount and date

In your order list, find the transaction that matches the amount and date on your statement.
If you can’t find your order with the email you tried, use a different email address - you may have purchased with another one.

I still don’t recognize this charge

If you’ve followed the steps above and still can’t identify the purchase, contact us and include:
  • The exact amount of the charge
  • The date the charge appeared on your statement
  • The last 4 digits of the card or bank account charged
We’ll look up the transaction and tell you which product and merchant it came from.

I want to cancel a subscription

  1. Go to creem.io/my-orders/login
  2. Log in with the email used for the purchase
  3. Find the active subscription and click Cancel
Alternatively, some merchants also provide cancellation directly inside their product. See the full guide: How to cancel a subscription

I want a refund

Refund policies are set by each merchant individually. To request a refund:
  1. Contact the merchant directly using the support email on their website or on your receipt
  2. If the Merchant is unresponsive for more than 7 days, contact Creem support - we will take care of the issue for you

I think this charge is fraudulent

If you believe someone used your payment details without your authorization: Contact us immediately with the charge amount, date, and last 4 digits of the card

Why does it say “Creem” and not the seller’s name?

Creem acts as the Merchant of Record, which means Creem is the legal seller on the transaction. That’s why our name appears on your statement instead of the merchant’s name. Learn more about what a Merchant of Record is →
